Emily Selbe

Emily Selbe is the kind of consultant clients engage when they want a real partner, not a vendor with a process. She asks the questions others don’t think to ask, listens carefully, and builds the kind of trust that makes honest, productive work possible.

Every engagement she undertakes is right-sized to the needs of the client—focused and flexible, without sacrificing depth. Her background spans strategic planning, organizational assessment, board governance, and leadership development.

Emily is deeply engaged and invested in the nonprofit sector—with extensive experience serving in governance, volunteer and advocacy roles. This work keeps her grounded in the real challenges her clients face every day.

She holds degrees from Swarthmore College and Northwestern University, and professional certificates from Cornell University.
